specialist role at Image One. The customer service specialist is
responsible for ensuring that customer orders are produced and
delivered in accordance with the written purchase orders. They will
review open order reports daily to ensure seamless transition of
order. This role will require working with the art department to
ensure artwork is completed on time, working with production to
ensure orders are produced on time and working with shipping to
ensure orders have shipped on time.This role will also work with
outside sales reps to provide sales opportunity and sales support
to ensure customers are having the best experience with Image One.
There will sometimes be needs to problem solving that will require
decisive decision making and action.The customer service specialist
will be in constant contact with customers to build a relationship
from our home office that will support the outside sales reps and
help grow the account. This will include following up on shipments
to ensure customers are happy with their order, finding out if
there are reorder opportunities, and providing art and buying
opportunities to customers on a rotating and regular basis. A
customer service specialist will assist in the oversight and
management of sales goals for each outside sales rep and accounts
that they support. The customer service specialist will be
providing day-to-day support for house accounts in their territory
where an outside sales rep doesn't exist. Job responsibilities: --
Daily review open order report to ensure timely attention to
customer orders.-- Management of data entry to ensure orders are
entered quickly and accurately and that customer artwork is
approved in a timely manner.-- Work with the Art Department to
ensure artwork is getting completed in a timely manner.-- Work with
the Production Department to ensure all orders are scheduled, taken
care of and have proper visibility.-- Work with the Shipping
Department to ensure orders are shipped within each customers
required ship window.-- Regular communication with outside sales
reps o Looking for sales opportunities o Ensuring they take care of
all customers. o Review customer reports and sales goals o
Reviewing sales rep open orders o Communication by phone -- Review
sales goals -- Review prospective opportunities. -- Discover sales
rep needs to ensure they have all the resources and support to
ensure a successful sales experience -- Regular communication with
customers o Look for additional sales opportunities. o Ensure
customer service needs and satisfaction. o Help grow account
business (selling is helping) o Solve problems if/when needed. o
Ensure Image One has a personal relationship with each customer and
that it's not just outside sales rep with relationship. o
Communication by phone -- Review orders/inventory -- Discover needs
and opportunities for additional sales.-- Providing sales reps with
updated inventory on a weekly basis-- Keeping Senior Management
informed through weekly meetings to inform of sales opportunities,
missed sales opportunities, victories and pain points our outside
sales reps are experiencing.-- Some travel will be required,
primarily to support tradeshows.-- Maintain strong knowledge of
products and services.-- Solve problems and take necessary action
where needed. Qualifications-- Ability to execute tasks at a high
level with speed and accuracy.-- Ability to communicate effectively
verbally and in written form.-- Ability to work with multiple
personalities and provide support to other members of our
organization.-- Ability and desire to grow personally and
professionally year over year.-- Ability to build, maintain and
grow customer relationships in a positive and engaging manner.--
Ability to take ownership and accountability for your work and
actions.-- Ability to be a self-starter and to self-manage in a
detail-oriented environment. Education/Experience-- University of
college level degree or a combination of education and applicable
experience-- Experience working in a sales support role preferred,
though not required.-- Knowledge of college sports and resort
destinations is a plus, though not required.-- Experience with
Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.-- Excellent
communication skills-- Experience working with data entry a plus,
though not required.Compensation details: 35000-40000 Yearly
