Job Description:
A ccounting Clerk Smart Chemical Solutions is seeking a
positive, energetic individual with general accounting/bookkeeping
experience. The ideal candidate for this position will possess
strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new skills
quickly, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
and must be highly organized and detail oriented. This is a great

Responsibilities: Processing all accounts payable. This includes
processing vendor invoices and responding to vendor payment
inquiries. Processing all billing orders for the trucking company
in Frontline (trucking software). Orders/Driver Tickets used for
daily billing and driver payroll. Processing bi-weekly driver
payroll. Ability to troubleshoot, research and resolve any issues.
ยท Processing weekly fuel transactions in Frontline. Reconcile
vendor statements and be able to resolve any issues. Weekly check
to invoice reconciliation Communication with vendors and
dispatchers. Assist with AR billing as needed. Assist Accounting
team in other areas as needed. Any other responsibilities requested
by the Assistant Controller/Controller. Job Requirements: Data
entry, AP/AR or bookkeeping related experience. Accounting
background preferred. Strong data entry / 10-key skills Experience
with Microsoft Office (heavy Excel usage). Knowledge of working
with formulas such as pivot tables and vlookups or can be easily
trained to use them. Skill in completing assignments accurately and
with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines. Ability to
work individually and in a team environment.
