Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Facilities
Technician position provides support for daily church activities by
completing tasks related to cleaning facilities (general
housekeeping), event set up of furniture and related equipment, and
small projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The
essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Facility cleaning – general building areas, worship areas,
restrooms, offices, meeting rooms Event set up – move tables and
chairs in and out of event spaces before and at completion of event
Print and read event calendars in order to perform set up Empty
outdoor trash cans and pick up litter on grounds and parking lots
Other related projects/duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Education and Experience: High
school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and Skills: Dependability is
a must – employees must report for work as scheduled, and clock in
and out on time Must be able to follow daily instruction from the
Facilities Manager Willing and able to learn new tasks quickly A
valid Arkansas driver's license, and ability to pass a driving
record check in order to drive church vehicles Spiritual

like and professional manner Signed acknowledgement of Fellowship
Bible Church’s “Confession of Faith” form Signed acknowledgement to

and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work
environment is usually low to moderate. Work Schedule: Work
schedules are full-time and may include working on weekend days
Overtime is often available when large events need to be
staffed
