Job Description Job Description Description: The Maintenance Support position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the WinChoice office campus. This role also assists with maintenance activities at the factory as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable performing a wide variety of general maintenance tasks in both office and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical tasks Maintain building grounds, parking areas, and exterior spaces Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards or repair needs Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in a clean and safe condition Secondary Responsibilities Assist factory maintenance staff with repairs and preventative maintenance Support equipment setup, breakdown, and minor troubleshooting Help maintain a safe, organized, and functional factory environment Follow all factory safety policies and procedures Requirements: Education / Experience Required: No formal education or prior experience required Willingness to learn and follow instructions Preferred: Experience in mechanical maintenance, facilities maintenance, or general construction Previous work in office, manufacturing, or industrial environments Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic problem-solving skills Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred: Knowledge of general construction, maintenance, or mechanical systems Familiarity with hand and power tools Basic understanding of preventative maintenance practices Physical Requirements (BFOQs) Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 100% of the workday) Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment (weight varies by task) Perform repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements Perform fine motor tasks requiring manual dexterity Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach frequently Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
