Job Description Job Description Job Title: Service Electrician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to maintain all electrical systems within a large industrial building. This role requires experience in building maintenance, specifically with 480 volts or higher. The successful candidate will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance and should be comfortable covering HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as needed. Responsibilities Maintain and repair electrical systems within the industrial building. Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance as required. Troubleshoot and repair high voltage systems. Ensure all building systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. Essential Skills Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and service. Possess a Journeyman Electrician license. Experience with building maintenance and high voltage systems. Capable of wiring, maintenance repair, and maintenance electrical tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75649.60 - $89999.99/yr.
