Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An Elementary
School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available
in Benton, AR, providing essential support to young learners. This
contract role offers the chance to work with a diverse preschool
caseload across multiple campuses, fostering communication
development and impactful growth in elementary school students. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide speech and language therapy services to
a caseload of 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans focused on preschool-aged
children. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
to monitor student progress. - Maintain detailed records and
documentation consistent with school guidelines and licensing
requirements. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and
contribute to student success plans. Qualifications & Experience: -
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required;
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered. -
Experience in school settings preferred, particularly in working
with preschool populations. - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families,
and school personnel. - Ability to manage caseload efficiently and
maintain compliance with therapy documentation standards. Location
& Hours: - Position is based onsite at an elementary school in
Benton, AR. - Full-time schedule averaging 35 hours per week. This
