Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contracted
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an
elementary school serving early childhood students in Conway, AR.
This role offers an opportunity to support students across multiple
campuses during the current school year. Key responsibilities
include: Providing speech and language therapy to 36-40 students
spanning 3-4 campuses, with a focus on early childhood caseloads.
Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to develop
and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintaining
accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy
sessions. Participating in meetings and communicating effectively
with the school team to support student needs. Qualifications:
Valid SLP license is required. Candidates in Clinical Fellowship
Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply. Experience working with
early childhood populations in school settings is preferred. Strong
knowledge of speech-language disorders and intervention strategies.
Ability to manage a caseload across multiple campuses efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location:
Conway, Arkansas onsite position within an elementary school
setting. This contract position extends through May 21, 2026,
requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week. This role is ideal for
an SLP dedicated to early childhood education who values working
closely with students and school teams in an onsite environment.
