Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A per diem Physical
Therapist is needed to provide specialized therapy services for
students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program in
Huntingdon County, PA. This contract position involves working
across two nearby school sites, supporting students with tailored
physical therapy sessions to enhance their mobility and physical
functioning. Location: Huntingdon County, PA (Two school sites in
close proximity) Schedule and Caseload: June 23, 2026 July 16, 2026
(4 weeks) Serve 4 students with varied session durations: Two
30-minute sessions spaced across 4 weeks One 45-minute session
weekly One 30-minute session weekly June 22, 2026 August 3, 2026 (6
weeks) Serve 1 student, with session duration to be determined Key
Responsibilities: Deliver in-person physical therapy services
according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Monitor and
document student progress accurately Collaborate with school staff
to optimize student participation and outcomes Maintain compliance
with all Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) requirements
Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist licensure in
Pennsylvania Experience working in school-based therapy settings
preferred Availability for in-person work on specified dates
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapeutic
interventions Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits:
