Position Details:
Title: Senior Process Control Engineer
Location: Arkansas City, AR (Cypress Bend plant - SE Arkansas commutable from Monticello or Pine Bluff)
Shift: Monday - Friday daytime hours; otherwise as needed/required.
Compensation: $130K-$150K base salary + 10% AIP bonus + full & complete relocation + sign-on bonus.

Position Description: At the end of the day the Senior Process Control Engineer is critical to the success of the plant and paper business and holds a variety of responsibilities. The plant has paper machines and high-speed converting lines and produces bleached paperboard and bleached Kraft pulp, used in the production of folding cartons, commercial print paperboard, carded packaging, and cup stock. In this role you will be responsible for process control system and performance integrity; manage equipment and vendors; design, implement and program control systems, logic controllers and other control systems; perform system administrator functions; develop standards and procedures; and perform training on control systems for production. Duties with your responsibilities include:
--- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing process controls, systems, and networks for production.
--- Fix/upgrade/install control system hardware, software, processers, modules, interfaces, loops, & data.
--- Support engineers, sub-contractors, project staff, maintenance/production personnel for systems.
--- Assist in system implementation, testing, and evaluation of proposals for improved control systems.
--- Develop standards/procedures for process control compliance and safe performance.
--- Train personnel in proper, safe, effective use, maintenance, & troubleshooting of systems & networks.
--- Current systems include - Honeywell TPS including Logic Managers, Honeywell Experion, Allen-Bradley Control & Compact Logix, Allen-Bradley Asset Center, Parkview, and Pi.

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
--- Three years of solid experience in process control automation engineering in manufacturing.
--- Experience in process control with good understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and factory automation.
--- Outstanding initiative with demonstrated understanding/troubleshooting of industrial systems.
--- Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills across multiple tasks/projects.
--- Ability to foster continuous improvement, influence change, and collaboration for results.
--- Functional understanding of predictive & preventative maintenance programs preferred.
