Job Title: CNC Programmer Location: Heber Springs, AR Salary: $90K - $125K (DOE) Requirements: Proficiency in programming and operating CNC Machines (preferably Mills) / Knowledge of Mazatrol Programming (Helpful) / Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles / Ability to read and interpret blueprints What You Will Be Doing Program CNC milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes What You Need for this Position Proficiency in programming/operating CNC Machines Knowledge of Mazatrol Programming Experience with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal (Plus) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles Benefits Competitive Salary ($90K - $125K) Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
