Job Description:
This position will be the Administrative Director at Regional
Programs working under the direct supervision of the Service Line
Administrator for IMSL. The primary responsibilities will be to
oversee, plan, evaluate and direct the nonmedical activities of the
department including responsibility for the efficient and effective
operations of the Regional Center Family Medicine Clinic. Position
will be the top financial and operations person for this
department, and as such will oversee the implementation of
financial policies according to Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles, University policy and procedures, as well as State and
Federal Guidelines.The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences

* Broad responsibilities will include administration of operating
budget, development of operating procedures for implementation of
best practice standards for delivering quality services to the
customers served and to oversee administration of HR functions for
approximately 80 FTEs. * Position will also review contracts and
other agreements to ensure proper administration of these documents
in accordance with University policies and procedures and State
purchasing requirements, work with center and central medical
leadership and local faculty/staff to ensure PCMH goals are
achieved for the center leading to participation in Shared Savings
from Medicaid, Medicare, and Insurance companies.* The position
will work with the Vice Chancellor for Regional Programs to promote
the program to potential donors, legislators, and community
officials, and other stakeholders and act as liaison for Regional
Programs with other campus divisions of UAMS to ensure smooth and
efficient operation of administration and operational requirements
for this department.Qualifications * Baccalaureate Degree in
Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field,
plus, 6 years in business, finance, healthcare or related field*
Training in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.This position is
