part of Weyerhaeuser’s Corporate Development team (CDO) and reports
to the Senior Director of Business Development. As a member of the
Business Development team, the Project Development Analyst is
responsible for supporting internal team members and external
partners with site selection and commercialization related to key
growth initiatives for the company. To stay connected with specific
projects and our extensive portfolio, travel of up to 25% is
required. The preferred location for this role is Hot Springs, AR,
though consideration will be given to other company offices in
Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Key Functions Support team in
evaluating potential fiber customers and projects\\project
developers, and moving targeted projects from the concept stage to
commercial operations Work with internal and external stakeholders
during the initiation, exploration, permitting and construction
phases, providing tactical project management support Create, track
and report to appropriate team members on all relevant project
milestones Coordinate with Wood Products By-Products and
Timberlands Marketing and Wood Flow teams to ensure tactical
alignment throughout the contact negotiation and fulfillment stages
Coordinate site visits, and serve as a primary point of contact for
business partners Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Engineering, Construction Management or Natural Resources field,
with minimum of 3 years applicable work experience OR an equivalent
combination of related education and experience Bias for action and
courage to think and act creatively Strong collaborator, with high
communication, active listening and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset and
a champion of innovation Ability to build and nurture strong
relationships internally and externally Experience with project
management and GIS software platforms What We Offer: Compensation :
This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we
are targeting a salary range of $81,313-$121,970 based on your
level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be
eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash
bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range
from zero to two times that target. Benefits : When you join our

Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k
plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our
contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay. Paid Time Off or
Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work
25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use
during your first year of employment. In addition, after being
employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue
vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per
year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave
