THE OPPORTUNITY: Orthopaedic Surgeon

THE LOCATION: Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Permanent / full time

Ready for a change? We have an exciting opportunity available for an Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, about 30 minutes from Little Rock. The staff is very friendly and team oriented to work with and the focus is on the highest level of quality patient care. There is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement and a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.

THE DETAILS:

** Join a team of 4 surgeons

** Patient caseload: approximately 15-20 patients per day

** Call schedule: 1:5

** Allscripts EMR

** Academic affiliation

** Base salary with bonus potential (based off of MGMA)

** Sign-On Bonus

** Loan Repayment

** Relocation Assistance

** Generous PTO/CME

** 19 surgery suites, 24 bed Ortho/Urology Unit and 27 bed IP rehab unit

** 13 surgical rooms in the OR

** 4 OR and 2 cysto at outpatient surgery center
