Job Title: Critical Care Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. As a Critical Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ICU/SICU unit.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU/SICU unit.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and chest tube insertion.Requirements:
  • 2 years of ICU/SICU experience required.
  • Arkansas state or compact RN license required.
  • No locals - 50 mile radius rule.
  • No previous staff employees (within past 5 years).Preferred Qualifications:
    • Travel experience is preferred but first-time travelers are accepted.
    • Community Hospital experience needed.Work Schedule:
      • Shift: 3x12 nights 7p-7a.
      • Weekends: every other.
