Patient Access Representative Requirements - High school diploma or GED required. - Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred. - 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred. - A valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.
