is dedicated to providing medical care for patients dealing with
chronic or acute illnesses, as well as those recovering from
surgeries. We take pride in delivering patient-centered care that

care. The dynamic environment of our Med/Surg unit equips nurses to
tackle various challenges while advancing their careers. Position
Overview: This role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing
care for patients, engaging in patient and family education,
advocating for patients, and collaborating with both nursing and
non-nursing departments. Evaluate patients' conditions and nursing
care requirements Establish goals and determine suitable nursing
interventions to address patients' physical, psychological, social,
and rehabilitative needs Create personalized nursing care plans
Implement care plans and adjust them as necessary Assess patient
care outcomes Work in partnership with physicians and other
hospital staff Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
Communicate effectively with patients and oversee their care
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing, required
Current KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
