hospitalist group dedicated to providing
high-quality,patient-centered care in short-term nursing facilities
in the Dover andHampton, NH areas. We are seeking compassionate and
skilled Nurse Practitionersand Physician Assistants to support our
mission, helping to enhance patientoutcomes and overall care
experience in a collaborative environment. Schedule Full-time
Monday –Friday 9am – 5 pm no call no weekends Compensation&
Benefits: $120,000- $200,000 potential. Full benefits package
Requirements: · ValidNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
license in the state of New Hampshire · Nationalcertification as a
Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or
PhysicianAssistant · Experiencein geriatrics, primary care, or
assisted living settings is preferred · Stronginterpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to build rapport
withpatients and facility staff · Abilityto work independently,
manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient careneeds WhyJoin
