Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Urgent Hire -
NICU Nurse Manager to join our team! This person will provide
specialized care for critical patients as well as focus on patient
treatment and recovery. Schedule Full-time • Days (No Weekends) Job
Summary The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care
through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the
unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision
of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures
and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in
support of facility objectives. You will help create a superior
clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to
enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Ensure adherence to
standards of care. Job Qualifications BSN REQUIRED Min 3-5 year
experience in healthcare Min 2 year in supervisory role in an acute
care setting Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6
months of hire Currently licensed as a registered professional
nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact
license, in accordance with law and regulation- FT/PT/PRN
colleagues with a compact license from a state other than Texas
must: apply for Texas RN license within 60 days from hire / obtain
current TX RN license within 6 months of application for TX RN
license BLS ACLS preferred L&D: NRP preferred FHM preferred
RNC-OB preferred Relocation : Case by case Level 3 NICU Company
