Urologist - Hospital-Employed Mississippi $750K Base No
Non-Compete Excellent Work-Life Balance A well-established hospital
system in Mississippi is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to
join a hospital-employed practice and reestablish essential urology
services in the community following a long-tenured physician's
retirement. Position Highlights: 100% General Urology (Endo &
Female Urology welcomed) Hospital-employed with guaranteed OR block
time 4 clinic days / 1 OR day per week No robotics, no trauma call
APP support in clinic (Monday-Friday) Predictable call (10-14
days/month; compensation negotiable) Compensation & Benefits: Base
Salary: $750,200 RVU production Sign-on bonus: $50K-$75K Relocation
assistance: $10K 4 weeks PTO 1 week CME ($3,000 allowance)
Malpractice covered (tort state) No non-compete Visa support
