Job Description:
Work Dates Needed: 5-6 shifts a month, beginning January 2026
ongoing. Licensure: AR licensed or IMLC Preferred Schedule: could
vary based on needs and scheduled time off Worksite Setting/Annual
Volume: 40 PPD Scope of Work/PPD: Rural Facility. Not a lot of
trauma. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Family Practice
would be considered and ER. Would like experience in an ER if FP.

What is the backup subspecialty support make up at the facility?
This facility only has 5 medical beds. NO specialty coverage. We do
have a good hospitalist team. The facility also has 24 Adult Psych
beds with an average daily census of 12. No specialists, we
transfer out to our Searcy campus What is the % of Admitted
Patients? 2% Other Details to consider: Typical credentialing time
frame? 45-60 days, can be rushed with clean file.
