Job Description:
2 Interventional Cardiologist openings in MississippiLocated in
Cleveland, MS40 minutes to Greenville, MSPrivate practice in
Mississippi is seeking Interventional Cardiologists to serve
severely underserved market.Ideal Candidate: - Ambitious -
Self-starter - PLENTY of volume - Interested in high volume, high
compensation - Visa candidates welcome to apply ADC: - 35-40
patients in clinic daily - 3-5 procedures daily in hospital/OBL -
EMR/ any special equipment: NoneBase Compensation: - 1st year
650,000 - 2nd year 600,000. To receive the full base salary the
physician must produce 1 million in gross revenue for/to the
company. - 3rd year 550,000. To receive the full base salary the
physician must produce 1 million in gross revenue for/to the
company, this will also allow physician consideration for a 3%
ownership in the OBL.Other bonuses: - Sign on bonus of 50,000.00 -
Relocation bonus of 12,000.00 - CME, License fees, Full health
coverageVacation: - 3 weeks paid off (15 weekdays) - 5 days for CME
Schedule/hours/call requirements: - Full Time - Permanent - Monday
through Friday - 6 AM until 5 PM - Physicians will be assigned the
responsibility for making up call schedules. Weekday and weekend
coverage will be shared fairly between all members of the coverage
group. - Some members may be assigned less than full coverage
responsibilities based on their full-time equivalency within their
practice these decisions will be at the discretion of Medical
Director. - Schedules will be made up for three month periods at
least two weeks prior to the beginning of a new quarter. The
administrative secretary assisting the Medical Director will be
responsible for typing and distributing Call Schedules. Call is
defined as after hours and weekend answering service calls, ie:
calls from hospital ER asking for patient history or advice on a
current clinic patients or new referrals, currently no STEMI call.
Typical number of calls in a week are 15-30. Call responsibility
for in person consults are 2 weeks a month. - Distribution of the
schedules will be to all participating Physicians, the
Administrators at each health center, the Clinical Managers,
Manager of Operations, the Answering Service, the Emergency Room,
and Operator of the Hospitals and the Medical Director of each
health center.Hospital Affiliation: (Opportunity to build a STEMI
program if candidate desires) - Northwest Mississippi Medical
Center Level 4 Trauma Center - Bolivar Medical Center Level 4
Trauma Center - University Medical Center Grenada Level 4 Trauma
CenterEstimated Credentialing Time: - 6-8 weeks maximum -
Skillset/capabilities/requested procedures: - Proficient in
peripheral arterial disease management and treatment - Proficient
in diagnostic and percutaneous coronary intervention - Proficient
in general cardiology clinic setting - Group retains the rights of
first refusal at fair market value of OBL if Physician decides to
leave the practice or is terminated after year 3. - Partnership
Track timeline/ buy-in % - Requirement of collections of 1 million
in gross revenue in year 3 to be considered for a 3% ownership in
Clinic at commencement of year 3, Group retains the rights of first
refusal at fair market value of Clinic if Physician decides to
leave the practice or is terminated after year 3.Board
Certification: - Board Eligible - Must be board certified by
commencement of year 3
