INFORMATION Practice Setting: Shared inpatient and outpatient
duties ICU Setting: Open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist coverage and
12/7 eICU support Call Schedule: 1:2 Technology: ION Robot in OR,
EBUS available PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults
Case Mix: Pulmonary and critical care patients Consults: As
required within ICU and hospital settings PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges: Required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary:
Competitive base salary ($485,000) plus production bonus Bonuses:

interventions ICU care and procedures including ventilator

REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and
Critical Care Medicine Experience: Open to new graduates and
experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide
comprehensive pulmonary care in outpatient setting Deliver critical
care services in an open ICU setting Participate in call schedule
Collaborate with clinic and hospital teams to ensure optimal
patient outcomes
