Bonus: $2,500 Location: 400 NE 7th St, Fulda, MN 56131 Responsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Support occupational therapists in executing treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' daily living activities (ADLs). Track patient progress and record outcomes in alignment with established care plans. Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic techniques and exercises. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care, applying knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Qualifications for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s degree is required. A current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License is mandatory. Strong understanding of state, federal, and local regulations related to long-term care is essential. Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with adequate communication skills to fulfill job responsibilities. Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
