electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and
communication. Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and
other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain
clear and effective communication with patients and families,
demonstrating cultural sensitivity. Manage time effectively across
multiple tasks, maintaining focus and attention during high-demand
periods. Apply critical thinking, deductive and inductive reasoning
skills to problem-solve and deliver safe care. Desired Experience
and Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with
experience in stepdown or progressive care units. Strong oral and
written communication skills. Proficiency with EMR and healthcare
technology. Ability to perform manual dexterity tasks, such as
managing IV equipment. Sensitivity to cultural, spiritual, and
diverse patient needs. Demonstrated capability in handling multiple
priorities efficiently with minimal supervision. Location
