Russellville, Arkansas, 72801! Job Title: Registered Nurse

a team serving the community in a 170-bed facility. The facility is
accredited and recognized for an array of services. Services
include lab, radiology, respiratory, emergency department,
cardiology, ENT, lung care, gastroenterology, general surgery,
inpatient rehabilitation, and endoscopy. Located in a scenic area
with beautiful views and outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy
an environment known for exceptional bass fishing. Nearby state
parks add to the area's outdoor activities. The patient population
includes adult and geriatric patients. The unit has a patient ratio
of 6-7:1 for medical-surgical care. Equipment used includes an
electronic health record system. Staff may be required to float to
all medical-surgical floors. Weekend hours are expected every other
weekend as a minimum. Occasional low census may lead to on-call
requirements, but this typically does not impact temporary staff.
