In this role, you will work directly with patients, providing essential nursing care and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient outcomes. Administer medications and update patient records Assist with patient examinations and treatments Monitor and report changes in patient conditions Educate patients and their families on health plans and home care Collaborate with registered nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals Clinical nursing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Strong observational skills Knowledge of healthcare safety and infection control protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arkansas CPR certified
