Overview: We are looking for team-oriented physical therapist who
loves working with children and making therapy fun! We offer a full
team approach to treatment involving patients, parents, therapists,
and physicians in the development of individualized treatment plans

to determine children’s needs and develop individualized treatment
plans. Provide direct therapy services to children with
developmental, physical, and sensory challenges. Collaborate with
parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the
best outcomes for our clients. Maintain accurate documentation of
therapy sessions and progress reports. Participate in team meetings

Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state
licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational
Therapist. Current Liability Insurance Child Maltreatment Clearance
by Arkansas Department of Human Services Background Check
Experience working with pediatric clients preferred but not
required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
