Pre-op/PACU experience Description: This position is for a
registered nurse specializing in pre-operative and post-anesthesia
care. The facility has 177 beds and offers a variety of services,
including cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics, and more.
The unit has a total of 12 beds, with 5 designated for pre-op and
the rest for PACU. Patient ratios are 2:1 in the PACU. The
equipment utilized includes an electronic health record system. The
patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. The ideal
candidate should possess a positive attitude and be a team player.
Common diagnoses treated in this specialty include orthopedic,
general, and gynecological procedures. Dress code includes grey
