Opportunity: BC/BE - Psychiatry This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mental health services program with the potential to develop and build services within an established healthcare network. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time (.7 FTE or higher) options available. Job Details: Full-time position defined as 36 patient contact hours per week Outpatient practice without inpatient responsibilities Opportunity to develop and build a mental health services program Access to numerous Medical/Surgical specialties locally within the healthcare network Collaborative care team approach working with MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff Focus on improving overall health of patients by providing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based arrangements.
