with three surgical suites, one endoscopy suite, a minor treatment
room, and a separate outpatient surgical areaCompensation:Starting
base salary of *$350,000*Commencement bonus of *$50,000*Opportunity
of a quality bonus of $25,000 beginning in year 2Production Bonus
