Opportunity: Elder Care Physician *Full-time permanent position *Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits *Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation *Board Certified/Eligible geriatrician or Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience Compensation: Very competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
