lives of those we serve. What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat
individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing
challenges across diverse patient populations. Conduct thorough
initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt
care plans accordingly. Design and implement individualized
treatment plans, actively engaging patients and their families in
the therapy process. Provide education and counseling to patients
and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding
of therapy goals. Support seamless transitions with thoughtful
discharge planning and resource recommendations. Mentor and
supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff-fostering
the next generation of excellence in care. Qualifications and
requirements: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of
Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Basic Life Support (BLS)
