aspects of our operations. Role Description This is a full-time
on-site role for a Chief Pharmacist based in Yorktown, TX. The
Chief Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure
regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and provide leadership to
the pharmacy team. Responsibilities include dispensing medications,
counseling patients on prescriptions, monitoring drug therapy,
collaborating with healthcare professionals, and implementing
quality control measures. The role also involves mentoring staff
and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications Expertise in Medication Dispensing, Prescription
Review, and Patient Counseling Strong knowledge of Drug
Interactions, Dosage Management, and Regulatory Compliance
Experience in Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Workflow
Optimization Proficiency in Inventory Management and Quality
Assurance processes Excellent Communication, Attention to Detail,
and Problem-Solving Skills Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and
an active pharmacist license in the state of Texas This job is
Monday - Friday ONLY! NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS!
