10mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE OBGYN physician to join
an established medical group providing comprehensive women s health
services. This is a full-scope position offering both inpatient and
outpatient care, with a strong team and supportive
environment.Practice Details:Medical group employed positionMix of
OB and GYN servicesTeam includes: 2 OB/GYNs, 1 part-time GYN (.75
FTE), 1 FNP, a Site Manager, and support staffClinic Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (36 clinical hours 4 admin hours per
week)Anticipated call: approximately 7 shifts/month, including 1
weekend; final schedule to be discussed upon full
staffingTechnology:Clinic EMR: AthenaHospital EMR:
CernerCompensation & Benefits:Two-year income guarantee (based on
MGMA median) RVU and performance bonuses$25,000 commencement
bonus/loan, paid within 5 weeks of start and forgiven over a
defined termRelocation assistance: $10,000 $14,000 reimbursed with
receiptsStudent loan repayment: negotiablePTO: 30 days front-loaded
