Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in
a step-down unit, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes
promptly. Administer medications and treatments according to
prescribed protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on care
plans, recovery processes, and health maintenance. Document all
patient care activities accurately and timely. Qualifications &
Desired Experience: Current RN license with experience in step-down
or acute care nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical
thinking skills. Ability to manage multi-patient assignments in a
fast-paced setting. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
