Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Mountain Home, AR Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Location: North Central Arkansas (Harrison, Mountain Home, and Mountain View) • Service Setting: Outpatient Clinics • Coverage Type: Clinic-Based Primary Care • Coverage Period: Ongoing CLINIC LOCATIONS AND DETAILS Clinic 1 – Harrison, AR • Thriving clinic with 2 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 APRNs • Part of 4 primary and 3 specialty clinics in Harrison • Future ASC with imaging center opening in May 2025 • Satellite location for specialist access Clinic 2 – Harrison, AR • Expanding practice with 1 Family Medicine Physician and 2 APRNs • Same ASC and imaging infrastructure as Clinic 1 Clinic 3 – Mountain View, AR • Well-established clinic • APP support provided • Replacement role for outgoing physician with established patient panel Clinic 4 – Mountain Home, AR (North Central Arkansas Medical Associates) • Independent clinic with 4 Physicians and 3 APRNs • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Shared call rotation with clinic physicians • Replacement for a retiring physician Clinic 5 – Mountain Home, AR (Lincoln Paden Medical Group) • Independent clinic with 4 Physicians and 1 APP • Schedule: Monday – Friday • No call coverage • Replacement for a retiring physician PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: All ages; family practice model • Patient Volume/Census: Varies by clinic • Consults: Office-based • Case Mix: Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute conditions FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: Facility dependent • Equipment: Modern primary care resources • Support Staff: APPs, administrative and clinical support • Reason for Coverage: Practice expansion and physician retirements PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges: Not required • Credentialing Timeline: To be determined COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: Competitive base salary plus production bonus • Bonuses: Commencement bonus included • Travel and Lodging: Relocation assistance available • Malpractice Coverage: Provided • Education Stipend: Available (if applicable) • Loan Repayment: Eligible for Arkansas Rural Practice Community Match Program (if applicable) • Insurance: Health, dental, vision, disability, life • Retirement Plan: Included • CME and PTO: Included REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Routine primary care procedures • Preventive screenings and chronic care management JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient family medicine services • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions • Coordinate with APPs and healthcare teams • Participate in call rotation (where applicable) • Support clinic growth and quality care initiatives
