Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of kitchen management
experience in a full-service or scratch-kitchen setting Culinary or
Hospitality degree Solid understanding of food safety, inventory,
and labor management Hands-on leadership style with strong
communication and team-building skills Ability to lead the kitchen,
ensuring performance, food quality, and service excellence
Experience overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring team
