Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning,
coordinating, and executing branch-level projects that drive
operational efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction
across parts, service, sales, and rental. This role partners with
Branch Managers, and corporate leaders to ensure projects are
delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company
objectives. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Branch
Operations Project Manager manages timelines, tracks key
performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures consistent
implementation of best practices across multiple branch locations.
The role also plays a key part in fostering collaboration,
standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that
strengthen both branch operations and client experience. WHAT
YOU'LL DO: Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage branch-level
projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with
company goals. · Develop project plans with clear timelines,
deliverables, and KPIs, and provide progress updates to leadership.
· Identify, track, and implement cost-saving measures and
value-added strategies to help branches achieve operational and
financial goals. · Collaborate with branch teams to resolve
escalated client issues, ensuring timely solutions and improved
client satisfaction. · Oversee implementation of 5S (Sort, Set,
Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles to create efficient,
organized, and safe work environments. · Develop, document, and
roll out standard operating procedures and best practices using
Monday.com. · Partner with safety teams via Teams meetings and
ensure safety programs, inspections, and compliance documentation
are current and accurate. · Manage and monitor mentor programs,
corrective action plans, and inspection follow-ups to support
safety and employee development. · Conduct and present monthly
branch performance reviews, providing insights, data, and
recommendations to Regional Managers. · Document meeting notes,
project updates, and follow-up action items, ensuring
accountability and completion. · Collaborate with leadership on
parts scorecard tracking and coordinate improvement plans. · Plan
and support branch client engagement events to strengthen client
relationships and promote company values. Requirements: WHAT YOU'LL
NEED · Strong leadership and organizational skills. · Experience in
branch operations or similar roles in a heavy equipment or
service-based industry. · Proficient in project management tools,
including Monday or similar platforms. · Strong understanding of
5S, safety management, and operational performance metrics. ·
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. ·
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalated
