Ideal candidate will Manage and lead the hourly maintenance
employees in the department to meet the safety, environmental,
maintenance downtime, quality and cost goals of the Pulp
Maintenance department. This position is also responsible for labor
relations, maintenance downtime, productivity, quality, cost
improvement, and performance measurements of the Maintenance
direct, and coordinate the activities of hourly maintenance
employees engaged in precision maintenance activities to meet
equipment reliability needs in the Pulp department.
