Job SummaryThis Loan Operations Specialist II role is responsible for coordinating and completing special projects within Loan Administration with a specific focus on Emergency Capital Investment Program (ECIP) program data.
Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry for all new and renewed loans data
• Monitor data quality and provide any necessary edits in ECIP reporting system
• Assist with data quality requirements for quarterly ECIP reporting deadlines
• Complete other special projects as assigned. (Examples of special projects are acquired bank conversions, system reviews and monitoring, documentation of procedures, data integrity reviews.)
• Coordinate other team members for assistance with special projects
• Complete all required training
• Perform other department duties as necessary, including:
• Upload all loan, extension and renewal data in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements
• Complete loan participation transactions, including wiring of funds
• Disburse tax and insurance payments
• Review annual escrow analysis and balance escrow account
• Perform loan maintenance and documentation review
  Requirements
• High School degree or equivalent with three-four years related experience in loan operations
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to organize information
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with loan regulatory compliance requirements
• Must have a high attention to detail and ability to work within a deadline-oriented environment
