Sheridan, ARCompetitive Compensation: Starting at $31.25-$34.75per
hour for Maintenance II in our plant, with an additional $1.00 per
hour for night shifts. Shift Needed: Weekends 2nd,5pm-5am - Friday,
Saturday and Sunday.Opportunity

are looking for a Maintenance II Technicianfor our Faucets
Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR
location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen
and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and
lighting. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical
structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or
industrial establishments by performing the following duties.
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
- Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect
malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with
supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or
repair machine.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or
repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts
of machinery.
- Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and
pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves,
pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of
establishment.
- Sets up and operates basic machine tools.
- Operates cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join
metal parts.
- Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other
wooden structures.
- Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and
pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.
- Utilize SAP system for work order.
- Monitor the efficiency of boiler system.Ready to make a bold

Qualifications
- Experience operating a forklift required or ability to obtain
upon hire.
- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or
sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years old.Preferred Qualifications
- Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years in electronic/electrical roles,
or equivalent combination of education and on-the-job training.
- Skills:
- Strong judgment skills to follow standard instructions and
procedures.
- Ability to make minor decisions to meet quality and
productivity goals.

- Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of
the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up
to 30 pounds or more.Regularly required to stand, walk; use hands

and/or crawl.
