This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, and has a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Domino Printing machine and will be able to demonstrate its benefits to potential clients. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Use the Domino Printing machine to create product labels that meet the specific needs of each client. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a sales representative in the manufacturing industry. 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on account management. Hands-on experience with Domino Printing machine. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build productive professional business relationships. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude. Availability to travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
