Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated
and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Service Support specialist
to join our team in Austin, Texas. This contract position offers
the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic sales team,
providing critical support to ensure smooth operations and
excellent client service. Ideal candidates will thrive in a
fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational and
communication skills. Responsibilities: • Manage pricing approvals
and register product codes within internal systems to ensure
accurate documentation and smooth operations. • Coordinate
shipments and maintain correspondence with over 100 customers,
fostering strong and personable connections. • Support assigned
territory and collaborate closely with dedicated sales managers to
meet client needs and achieve sales goals. • Participate in an 8-12
week detailed training program designed to familiarize you with
processes and tools. • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while
maintaining attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy. •
Contribute to a collaborative team culture by effectively
communicating and working alongside three team members. • Utilize
tools such as Excel (intermediate level), Office 365, and
proprietary systems to manage workflows. • Prioritize tasks
effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills to
meet deadlines. • Provide post-sales support and assist with
inbound and outbound sales inquiries as needed. • Process order
entries and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer
satisfaction.• Proven experience in sales support or customer
service roles, with a focus on electronic connectors preferred. •
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Office 365 and
proprietary systems. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while
maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. • Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to build positive
relationships with clients and team members. • Demonstrated time
management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. • Comfortable working in both remote and in-office
settings, adhering to a hybrid schedule. • Knowledge of order entry
processes and experience handling inbound and outbound sales
inquiries. • A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to
team-oriented work cultures.
