Job Description:
Join Ryder System as a Branch Rental Sales Manager within our
Sales & Business Development Department. As a key member of our
team, you'll champion our sales initiatives in the Transportation &
Logistics industry, focusing on rental branch management. You will
be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans
to expand market share across various sectors, while ensuring
exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You'll lead and
motivate a dynamic sales team, cultivate strong professional
relationships with clients, and leverage innovative strategies to
meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will manage branch
operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and operational
excellence. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance,
market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and
