a qualified Neurology MD in Conway, Arkansas, 72032! About The
Position Summary: Ref : BD-844-01 Profession: Physician Specialty:
Neurologist Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Conway,
Arkansas Service Setting: Inpatient/Residential facility for the
developmentally disabled Coverage Period: 1 year Coverage Type:
Clinical Call Shift Schedule: Facility hours of operation Mon-Fri,
8am-4:30 pm - Physician will provide clinical coverage of 24 hours
a month. The specific days of coverage will be discussed between
the facility and the provider post award. Call Type: Phone Call
Response Time: Provider must respond to an on-call request within
two (2) hours. Patient Demographics: Children and adults (Current
demographic is 8 years - 76 years) Patient Volume: 12 residents per
day Phone Consults: Yes Physician in Practice: 5 Physicians,
Mid-Level Practitioners Procedures: Neurology procedures Beds in
the Dept: 518 Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: MD/DO Active Arkansas license BC BLS/ACLS DEA License
Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing neurology
services to individuals with intellectual disabilities
