holidays (United States of America) Pay Range: The salary range for
this role is outlined below. Actual compensation will be based on
experience. $34.00 - $51.25 Position Highlights This role may

valued. Overview This position is responsible for the daily
coordination and provision of occupational therapy services,
focusing on various health conditions and diagnoses. You will
implement tailored treatment programs for individual patients and
groups, adhering to the principles of occupational therapy and
departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities Exhibit knowledge of
age-specific considerations and perform effectively with patients
ranging from infants to geriatrics, as per unit-specific guidelines
and competencies. Create and execute personalized treatment plans
for patients requiring services. Assess assigned patients by
collecting data from diverse sources, including patient records,
interviews, observations, and team input. Utilize selected
activities and tasks to enhance health and achieve treatment
objectives. Adjust intervention goals and strategies based on
ongoing evaluations. Deliver direct therapy services to patients in
various functional settings using diverse strategies. Plan therapy
in alignment with the patient’s physical, emotional, and
intellectual capabilities, coordinating with rehabilitation,
medical, and nursing care plans. Prepare necessary documentation as
mandated by the profession and department, including evaluation
results, individualized treatment plans, progress notes, and other
reports. Effectively communicate with patients, families,
physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient
status, progress, and needs. Build rapport and collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members (including family and physicians)
throughout the patient’s treatment journey. Enhance professional
growth by participating in educational programs, reviewing current
literature, attending in-service meetings, and workshops. Share new
insights with colleagues and supervise clinical internships for
students from various universities/colleges. Contribute to the
development of departmental programs. Essential Qualifications The
candidate must be able to work the specified hours. To succeed in
this role, one must perform all essential job functions

duties and the ability to communicate effectively, hear,
understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds. These

employer. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work
Experience: Occupational Therapist - Licensing Board: An active
license in the state of practice is required upon hire. Preferred
Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: 1-3 years of
