Ultrasound Tech Location: Mountain Home, AR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,306 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Ultrasound Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Ultrasound Tech - General Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience as a Sonographer License: Current AR License Certifications: ARDMS, ARRT, and current CPR Must-Have: Graduate of an Ultrasound/Sonography program Call required: 1 day per week; Friday and the weekend every 3rd week Description: The Registered Ultrasound Tech is responsible for providing quality imaging of patients. This imaging aids in the diagnosis and continuum of care of patients. The tech assists the Radiologist with exams. The position requires effective communication, both orally and in writing. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. The ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist is necessary. Occasionally, the tech must lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds using proper body mechanics. The role involves performing Sonography exams in various areas such as the department, surgery, emergency department, and patient floors. A keen sense of hearing and visual acuity is required.
