Job Description Job Description Outpatient Gastroenterologist - Exceptional Opportunity in Little Rock, AR This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected GI practice with top-tier earning potential, advanced resources, and an unbeatable work-life balance. Practice Highlights: Monday-Friday Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with last patient appointment at 3:30 p.m. Balanced Caseload: See 10-14 patients per day in the clinic and perform 13 endoscopic procedures daily, focusing on routine GI care. Minimal Call Responsibilities: Just four weeks of call per year, with no holiday call and after-hours call handled by GI hospitalists. Advanced Procedure Flexibility: Optional ERCP and EUS procedures available. Training and proctoring provided if desired. Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed competitive base salary with potential earnings between $700,000 - $1.1 million annually $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance $1,500 stipend for APP supervision (if applicable) Executive-level benefits package, student loan reimbursement, and more.
